He said. As if raising his voice was supposed to be really, you know, spooky or something. You know what I think? I think he just doesn't know how to cope with competent staff. He says it all the time:
"I prefer to delegate."
"That's really your realm of expertise, isn't it?"
But throw him one little curve ball, or bring one little explosive into the office (it was a joke, people! Hello?) and he's right back to micro-managing. Prick.
