We could make excuses. We could say, "hey, the pace is frantic out here on the bleeding edge of the Way New Economy and mistakes happen." We could say, "it's more important to be timely than to be accurate in this business environment." We could say, "the night staff must have screwed up."

It stings a little to be corrected -- yes, there were a few tears in our production bunker this afternoon -- but we've all learned a valuable lesson. One that, in the long run, will make strongsmell.com a stronger service. One we can all be proud of.
